Urgent - Need driver rear window help

Guys, please help me fast. I am leaving for a few hours to go to the Erie National Car show this weekend, and my window motor stopped working on me month or so ago. I figured it was the motor(even though newly replaced). Well, I just got the quarter panel off and the motor works fine.
When I unbolted the motor, it kind of shifted, but still came out fine. The motor wheel turns fine, so, Im now afraid something happened to the gear in the rear quarter panel. Please, any help appreciated. How can I diagnose that thing? Its all behind the frame...

whew, well sorry to post i guess, was worried the track was broke or something crazy. Still not 100% sure, but it appears the motor got torques all the way in the up position. I was able to reach my hand through the hole in the bottom of the pic, and push down on the gear, and that essentially broke it free.
I figure it was torqued up cause when i was testing the window, the motor arched up when i had the window ALL the way up, and i had to tap it back down to align the bolt pattern...
Thanks for looking

I just swapped one of mine and it bench tested ok but with a load, it couldnt move the window.

I always assist those weak craptastic rear windows up and down. My channels dont quite track right and I dont want the motor to bog.

SHould you need to take a motor apart, there are 3 busings and a plastic race. On mine, the bushings were slightly oblong and the plastic race was in pieces. So when the motor went to spin, the race just separated instead.

Good luck with it.
