Husband just told me I have a choice between gears and smoked headlights for Christmas or nitrous.... I am thinking definately nitrous, but am I wrong...

Edit: I know NOTHING about nitrous, since I thought it was so far down the road...

I'd go gears and headlights

But No2 is freaking awesome. But cost $$ down the road too.

Go with gears...how often will you go to the track and use the nitrous? You will use the gears all the time. Save the nitrous for another round.

Go with gears/headlights. Not that nitrous isn't cool, but its only a temporary boost....the gears are forevah!

Wow, I thought he was being quite generous, and am thrilled, I thought I was getting jewelry again , found out I was gettin gears and said that was enough, didn't need anything else, then told me to get headlights and I was excited as anything, then told me the original plan was nitrous and I could decide between the two and I was floored. SO much better than stupid jewelry! I see the logic everyone is saying about gears over nitrous and agree because I will prob only get to the track once or twice a year..., but keep wondering if I will get a shot at nitrous again anytime in the next 3 or 4 years, whereas I could save up for gears. Also, the inlaws give me a $200 gift cert for Christmas every year, and I am asking for it to be for American Muscle for springs, so I'll be getting them anyway...

You are going to love the new headlight pods.

Nitrous is too much risk and also it is cheating

nitrous is gay. esp on a stock motor. to get a good nitrous setup your looking at least a grand. other than never using it, and the fact that you dont know when your pistons might decide to melt, or your intake manifold blow off the top of your motor, nitrous is ok for track cars.

forget the headlights, and get the springs . H&R, then buy yourself some cheap ebay headlights, and put silicone around the ends to seal it well and everybody wins!
