using GT exhaust on V6

Everyone says use the search, but IMO you spend too much time skimming through the BS you don't need. So I'll help you.

To get the GT take offs to fit, you have to saw off your Y-pipe, and have an exhaust shop fabricate the midpipe to connect the cats the the mufflers.

As for mufflers, I say go for MAC flowpaths. Everyone loves the sound of mine, and it was loud enough to get me a ticket when the cop, who was just sitting in his car doing nothing heard me gun it.

i'd have to agree, MAC is one of the best ways to go, i have MAC dual catback's on mine, and my friends are blown away by how good it sounds

i too bought a gt take off. i used just the tail pipes(alone with the part that goes over the axle. a muffler shop then cut the y pipe and fabed up the mid section using flows 40s. sounds decent

its been a while, but im pretty sure you will need 1 more muffler hanger and 2 tail pipe hangers
