V6 sport?

I saw a 2005 Mustang V6 this evening but it had racing stripes, grille mounted fog lights and a V6 SPORT T/C stripe (matching the color of the racing stripes) on both rocker panels. Is this a dealer installed accessory or a factory option??

dunno, but i saw one just like it in Oregon. It had hood tie down pins and shelby - looking hoodscoops on back windows. I saw it from the front whites stripes on blue metallic. Pulled in to look at it. As i walked up i noticed it only had one exhaust pipe. Looked at the sticker and the package option cost $6500. I was choking when the salesman came up, i told "thats false advertising". He replied "We arent advertising it as a v-8". I told him "the sport package is gonna get the new owner into **** that the car doesnt have the ballz to get out of". Just have to wait for the new Shelby

fast99Cobra: I thought it was a V8 myself but I was shocked when I saw that it was a V6, if they are selling em with a $6500 markup for that package that's used 03-04 Cobra territory

They were asking $32k Needless to say i didnt trade my car in on it

My closest dealer has added a set of 'options' such as window louvers, tint, and 22 inch bling-bling wheels, and then marked it up around $7,000. They've done this with two V6 mustangs so far. I liked the tint and louvers, actually, but the wheels...rubber bands for tires. Oh well, everyone to their own tastes, I suppose.

7k mark up? 32k for a V-6? that defeats the purpose of the V-6 doesnt it???
