v6 twin turbo kit

my buddy has a 00 v6 recently it went kapoot on him so he has decided to build the motor and twin turbo it. i have a few questions for yall guys on the subject. who sells bottom end items for the 3.8? who can grind some cams for it? he is gonna need fuel system to support so who has those items? will a kb boost a pump help the stock one? he needs turbo headers or manifolds for the kit where could he get those? maybe some yall guys have some old some layin around he could buy off yall just let me know what yall guys know on this subject. thanks guys

yes he is gonna need to upgrade his fuel system, as far as pump a 310lph works well. Just a bap on the stocky might not support that much. A twin turbo kit will have to be custom made!

he found a cheap ebay kit that is universal for the 99-04 v8 and v6. what about injectors and the fuel rail?

No such thing as a cheap universal TT kit. The TT kits that are out there for the V6 still require some fabrication and a lot of tuning to optimize the power without damaging the engine. If you bought a bunch of steel tubing, silicone sleeve, and two junkyard turbos as a "kit", you are almost starting off farther behind than if you had started designing a system from scratch.

I would look at TT setups online or in person that are presently running and look at the layout, components, ect. If possible, talk to the owner and ask him about some of the pitfalls to watch out for. Putting twin turbos on a 3.8 isn't impossible, but it isn't cheap or easy.
