Vacuum line help

Update: After taking my time and not rushing anything I finally got everything back together. Cleaned the injectors, fixed some exposed wires on the passenger side fuel rail, replaced pigtail to TPS, replaced TPS, cleaned the throttle body, fixed the treads on the lower intake that bolts the upper to it, and replaced the schrader valve on fuel rail.
Went to start the car with very low expectations. Unsurprisingly the car won’t start. It cranks but after a few cranks it will drop in rpms/cranks slow down for a crank or two then goes back to normal cranking. It does this on and off when trying to crank the car. And will sound like it back fires a little on a few cranks. I did pull the distributor up a little when I was fixing stuff so I could free a plug that would otherwise run into the distributor if you tried unplugging it. However the distributor was not fully removed and I made sure to mark its original location. Could my timing somehow gotten messed up?
Quick edit: I pushed the little pin in the schrader valve down to see if there was pressure, it didn’t shoot out gas like it did before one time. Instead gas just flowed out. When I get the chance I will rent a gauge to check my fuel pressure.
