Vacuum Sensor?

ok for xmas i got some mils soo i put them on and my check enigine light comes back on i go to local auto parts store to pull the codes and it says i have a vacuum leak and i checked all my lines and everything soo i was wondering if there was a sensor that could be bad or something anyone got any ideas let me know thanks Tee Jay:SNSign:
 
Bank 2 = drivers side, upstream = front one..

Check the wiring of the front drivers side o2 sensor, make sure it's not twisted, broken, wiring harness plugged in, etc. I'm not sure why putting MIL eliminators in would affect the FRONT sensor, but if that's your code, that's what it's talking about.

ok thanks also how do you know when a o2 is out
