valley girdle pro?

has anyone on here used them? and at what point does bracing like that become necessary, i know on my stock block every little bit helps. im thinkin about putting a set in while ive got my engine apart over the winter

save your money valley pro setup is junk and is not worth it. KAM performance makes a better one when used with the main bearing cap girdle. but i question the need for it on any 302. the best it will do is hold all your junk together when the stock block splits.

look how they are attached, with pins in single shear. waste of cash

If you think you need a valley girdle, then it's time to pay up and step up to an aftermarket block.

i also agree. i thought about using a set once, then i got better.
