I have a question on the value of these cars now. I have been looking for a while but cant really find any sites( besides hemmings) that gives a good vale of the cars.
Does anyone know of a site or is a good "internet appraiser" of these cars?
here are some details of the car.
Everything on the car is original.....everything!!
1966 coupe
27,000 miles (YES, 27,000)
6 cyl
Auto tranny
Black on black( interior & exterior)
Original plugwires, tires, ect...
All documentation, books, window sticker
Original plastic for the seat covers, floor mats
Everything works how it should
Garage kept since day one.
In other words, how it rolled off the assembly line floor + 27,000 miles

I was thinking along the lines of $10K
Mind you this isn't my car. It is a friend's car. I was given a EXTREMELY low price but I am not going to take the car as I have no use for it & i'm not going to buy it just to make a profit. I dont have the time nor space for another car.

I was thinking of contacting Barret-Jackson.

Any info that can be provided by anyone would be greatly appreciated.

These seem a bit high to me, but then again a car here in Michigan that sounds very similar to the one you describe sold for $15,000 last summer.
