just did h/c/i swap on my 94 with trickflow 170 heads and track heat intake i bought a set of trickflow tall covers to clear the stud mount rockers but my egr valve is now hiting the cover i put a one inch spacer on the upper manifold and it still hits the stock covers are to short what valve covers should i try to use if i buy aftermarket "stock height" covers will they clear are they a little taller i heard the 92-93 covers are cast and are a little taller is this true any info would help thank u

aftermarket stock height valve covers should clear as well. the stockers from a 94-95 are not the same height as the stock height as you would buy from wherever. foxbody valve covers will work too. the only issue is the alternator will be close to the passenger side cover, but it will work.

dude, do you know how to use the "." and the "?" to delimit your sentences?

what rockers did you use? the comp pro magnum rockers are low enough that stock valve covers clear them. then again, i have afr 205 heads, and i'm not sure if the ridge on them is the same height as stock heads or not.

Sorry for my improper grammar. I will try the stock height covers and see if they work. Will I still have problems with the covers hitting the alternator bracket if I get the trickflow covers? Thank you for all of your help
