Valve Covers for EFI 5.0 with roller rockers?

Any ideas on what to use for tall valve covers on an EFI 5.0 with 1.7 rockers and an Edelbrock Performer RPM II manifiold?

I had to grind down a few of the cast-in supports and the oil fill baffle to get my scorpions to fit under the stock Fox covers.........

You can polish them fairly easy and cheap. If you have a drill you just need some aircraft remover, 2 buffing wheels, two diff. compounds, and some sand paper then just go to town on them.
