One thing I forgot to order with the heads are new valve covers. Just worried about clearance issues. Setup is TFS stage 1 and TFS 1.6 rockers. Can I run the FMS black finned covers from LMRS or should I go with the TFS ones that come with that top end kit

You should be fine. May need to clearance the baffle or maybe double up on the gaskets.

You should be fine if you clearance the baffle. It's just a few minutes with a dremel and a cut off wheel.
