ite guys im looking into changing the valve seals, cuz mine disinegrated, the other day, when I poured seafoam in it. What it the easiest way to change them, compress the spring take out retainer and then im good? I will also be filling the chamber up with air, to hold the valves in place.

Thanks Josh

Simple, compressed air to hold valve in place, compress spring, pull locks, release spring, pull retainer then remove spring, replace seals, put it back together in reverse order

Well your not going to believe this but my mom just talked to my grandpa and he said he put seafoam in his oil also and he said it smoked like a mofo, and that he drained the oil and filter 3 times and it quit smoking. yes seafoam caused this, how? I have no clue, but I put it in and boom! instant smoke, changed oil, still getting blow-by, but the smoke wasnt that much today, so maybe its getting better!!!

I am pretty sure the seafoam thins out the oil pretty bad.

As a fuel additive I can see the value of it, but as a general rule of thumb...
Solvents should not be added to the oil.

Try not to run the car real hard until it quites smoking.
But it should clear up.

As for the seal change...
I have been told to use a low pressure level to keep the valve in place.
This will allow you to change the seals with the piston at TDC. This way if the valve does drop for some reason, it will just fall on the top of the piston and not fall into the bore.

where you from, all you got to do is just go to a beach and put it in!!! J/K LOL Its usually in like autozone or some where of the like, it thins out the oil to break up the sludge and then run it 5 mins and drain oil and put new plugs in, only prob is it dosent say it on the bottle, or I didnt see it.
