Hey is anyone interested in going to the NHRA Winternationals in November? I don't know if you guys are into that but its fun as hell.

He did you know Darrell Russell died in IL during the top fuel eliminations? I just found out watching the event today on ESPN. Damn thats so sad, such a shock.

Drove by around 5:45 PM Sat. and it looked like a cool event. They were charging 3 bucks to park and there were a lot of cars there. I went out there over the fourth of July weekend...Its seems like people start to leave after 7:00..I think they start at 5:00 and go and eat and hang out, then leave before it gets dark..I don't know why he charges three bucks just to park your car in a parking lot..

I myself have only been there once and found the same thing out, people start to leave around 7:30 ish or so. Basically before dark. As for the $3 charge, I was told it is to cover insurance for the Church that owns the parking space being used. According to the flyer they passed out I think it used to cost more last year. Do not know but it is a cool place to meet once in a while and just hang out.

Newbury Park Cruise nite...
Where were you guys??? I went by the Mobil station around 5:00 and nobody around...Went over to the cruise and still nobody..Hung out and Joe showed up...He didn't put his car in because he didn't have time to wash it..Was cool to hang out with him..Lots of cars....Parking lot was full at one time...We left around 7:40pm....There were some Mustangs out there..two from B&D racing...A group of four Mustangs showed up..One had Vortech s/c on it..It was a Saleen ...The others were cool...Maybe next time.....

Sorry folks, I was at a B-Day party for a friend of the family. I thought it was going to end by 5 but I didn't get out of there til about 8. Bad planning on my part, but once the JD started flowing I lost track of everythingPronkie said:

I fully understand the things coming up. Heck I was even telling Pronkie I was not going to show up due to I was laying Tile all day and was sore and dirty myself. As for another day, I have given up on you all , Naw wouldn't do that, but we will be out there this Saturday as well since it is the wifes Bday and her sister wants to take their Vette there and then go to dinner afterwards. Come on up fellas. As Pronkie said it was pretty full and had a good time kicking it with him and his Bullit.

I have to work this Saturday but should be done by around 3 (hopefully data base doesn't crash). Joe, I'll call you no matter what!!

Looks great!! I FINALLY added the Magna Flows and the FIPK kit and the sound is awesome. Not too loud at idle but makes it feel like a Mustang should at WOT. Question now is with these "minimal" mods should I get it dynoed/remapped or should it be ok? Would like to hold off on the remapping until a pulley swap but not at any expense of engine damage. Thoughts fellas?
