vert Door Window wont Work

My locks work driver side door window works, but my passenger side window doesnt make a sound or anything wont go down. I checked the fuses none related to it. Is there a circuit breaker in the car if so where? thanks

Circuit breaker would only come into play and all power windows would not work.

If either switch for the passenger side does not work, the motor will not work. Check both switches first. If it's not a switch, time to tear into the door and check to see if you have power to the motor. If you do, the motor has an issue. The most common that I have seen is that the brass braid to one of the brushes break. New brushes are cheap.
