I had my clutch replaced and flywheel resurfaced but now when Im driving in gear with my foot off the clutch the pedal will vibrate. Sometimes it does it enough where I can actually hear it. One person told me it could be that the tabs on the pressure plate are uneven. Any thing else it could be? I think Im going to have to take it back to be looked at but was wondering what it could be.

is it chattering while letting clutch out? seen lots of guys over tighten press plate and not tighten bolts evenly, hanging trans on clutch before bolting trans to motor. sounds like trans got to come out again

Its very possible to get a bad tob brand new.... It sounds to me as if your tob is bad as that is the exact symptom of what mine was just before we replaced the clutch. You'd engage it and be driving just to have the pedal doing to truffle shuffle under your feet. Mine was bad enough you could hear the banging over the stereo.

Where did you get the tob from? did you put a metal one in not those plastic pos' that come with most kits now a days?

So the guy who did the clutch test drove my car today and said the vibration was nothing and thought it was fine which is what I thought he would say. It didn't do the serious vibrating like it does randomly until I was driving home later. You can actually hear the pedal vibrating at certain times. It seems to do it more at lower RPMs and with my foot off the gas.

It has a 12 month/12000 mile warranty on it so at least I got it documented so if it gets worse or blows I can say I told you so.

I think you are right about the TOB. It makes a little noise when it neutral with my foot off the clutch like it did before with the old noisy TOB. Now the pedal vibrates a lot more when my foot is off it, especially at 1500 RPM. Today when I put it in neutral and took my foot off the clutch it even vibrated then.

Now my differential is leaking oil so I wonder if they could have done something to cause that?

I found that there was a little play in my cable and was getting the vibrating pedal also. I tightened up the cable using my fwa and the pedal doesn't vibrate anymore
