I am having an issue with my 2002 Mustang. There is a noise that sounds like a small motor running that sounds like it is coming from in the dash somewhere. I cannot for the life of me figure out what it is. It only does this while slowing down and braking but it doesn't do it all the time. Also it seems to happen more consistently while slowing from a higher rpm. Anyone got any clue what could be going on? You can also feel it in the brake pedal but the brakes are gtg and a very solid pedal.
