vibration over 110 mph with 4:10 normal ?????? i install the gear last week the car ride very good, the best mod i have ever done i remark when i it like 110 mph in 5 gear the rear seem to start to shake like a vibration it is a normal thing, i suppose that because the engine rev more than a 3:27 gear

It is probably the driveshaft vibrating actually. The 4.10 gears will cause it to spin a lot faster to make the same speed. Have you upgraded to an aluminum driveshaft? You might want to consider it. Get a good one (Motorcraft) and make sure it is installed perfectly.

The drivrshaft is just out of ballence. My car does the same thing and it happened after the gears were installed but i don't realy care because i rarely go over 110 mph anyway

ok good this is exactly what i think it seem to be from the drive shaft but you think that if i upgrade to a aluminum this could be reduce

I think a good quality lighweight drive shaft will def reduce it...

Agreed on the driveshaft but at 110 there's usually a lot of shakin' going on anyways

How are you getting to 110 in the 1/4 mile with your mods?
