Ive been looking at the other fourms and i havent found a good solution. when I drive my car the shifter shakes very bad and if I get on really hard the shifter will twist down like the tranny is going to drop I have a diffrent gearing in the rear end but what are somethings I should check or replace ?

sounds like the bushing on your tranny cross member might be going out. The shifter is going to vibrate a little and torque around a little because the bushing are just rubber, and the trany is bolted to the motor, which is also mounted to rubber motor mounts, so things arent going to be rock solid. Mine does the same thing, and i also need cross member bushings.

if you did the gear not to long ago it's most likely you drive shaft. you nedd an alumin. one

or it could be you harmonic balancer pulley, on you engine. and if thats bad i would drive the car anyone more. well until its fixed. take a look at it from under you car. it's the pulley that on the bottom of the engine(connected to your crank) look on the side of the pulley, you will notice it has a piece of rubber in the center going all the way around. like the piece of rubber is sandwhiched in between the 2 pieces of metal. if it being squeezed out then its bad. if this is the case i suggest you replace it asap.

I had a BADLY twisted driveshaft, and it did basically what you describe. On the freeway the shifter would just vibrate really bad. When accelerating hard in lower gears, the shifter would almost throw my hand off it would shake so bad. It's an easy thing to check; put your rear on some jackstands, chock the front wheels, and start the car and put it in gear. Look under the car and observe the driveshaft spinning; it's pretty easy to tell if it's twisted.
