I decided today that I am going to sell my blower, heres the info.
This blower kit is a COMPLETE tuner kit! The blower that has low miles and it is painted and polished. The bracket has also been painted 2003 Ford Sonic Blue. The polishing has been clear coated for less tarnishing and low maintaince.
This kit is a dream. It took my 3550-pound car to 132 mph at a measly 15psi. It went 113 with a stock short-block, TW heads, GT-40 intake, and full 2 1/2 inch exhaust, that was with the Paxton pulleys (3.75") and a 3” blower inlet. The fuel pumps work great to about 550 rwhp. That's how much my car dynoed with the 3.25" pulley. I turned the boost up and saw that the duty cycle of the injectors was going up too fast and I was in need of a fuel system. The stock fuel system was good till about 550-600rwhp with a 5 speed till it was time to upgrade. I ran 72lb injectors, the pumps listed and factory lines and rails till then. I used a PMS for timing and fuel control till I switched to an AEM EMS. With the bigger injectors there is no need for a FMU so it is not included.
Again this is a tuner kit, not a factory kit. The blower tube has been custom built to go to an 87-93-style intake and throttle body with out the EGR plate installed. Modifications are necessary to the throttle bracket and cable. As you can see from the pictures this kit is WELL BUILT and beautifully crafted, so much so that the car is being featured in MM&FF in a few months. I did ALL the fabrication and will be able to answer any questions you might have.
The kit will include all of the following.
-The blower, brackets, tensioners and hardware.
-Two fuel pumps, 1 Walbro 255 high-pressure in-tank pump and 1 Bosch 240lph in-line pump.
-4 Blower pulleys, 3.75" aluminum Paxton, 3.25" steel ASP (chromed), 3.0" aluminum Riechard Racing Ultra-Grip, and 2.75" steel ASP.
-Turbonetics Godzilla bypass valve (polished) and a custom 2" bypass hose.
-Complete 4" Cold air intake with a 9" conical K&N filter. No modifications to the fender liner or the shock tower necessary.
-2 blower belts and one accessory belt.
-A customized, one of a kind belt tensioning system to override the spring tensioner for less belt slip.
-Paxton’s full instructions and tech support from me.
-Bottle of paint for doing touch ups to the bracket.
-Polished 70mm MAC throttle body (87-93)
-Cable adapter for throttle cable.
-Pro-M 83mm MAF calibrated for 72S/C and the Seimen Deka 72lb/hr injectors.
The kit new cost $3700 unpolished. The injectors were $550. The MAF was $350. The Godzilla was $400. The pulleys were $300. The CAI was $100 to build. Polishing and paint was about $250. The TB was about $180. The in-line pump was about $240. Include all the chrome hardware and miscellaneous parts and this set-up would run well over $6000 new. And that’s if you have fabrication skills to make it all work. Imagine how much that would raise the cost if you had to pay someone to do this work for you. I am asking $4000 for the whole kit.
