If Kooks was making them they would be way higher in price. I even called Roush to ask where their axle-backs were made and was told: "we can't say". I'm sure that if they were made in the USA they would be advertising it like they do with other American made products they sell. I think the Roush mufflers are made by Magnaflow or Flowmaster. The tips which are in small boxes inside the big box are made in China and it's printed on the boxes.
