Vin Number Question

I was looking at Americanmuscle.com vin decoder section for 2000 Mustang and it says the engine code letter should be a W for my car. W=4.6 SOHC WHen i looked at my car it has a X ?? Below is what the site says and heres the first part of my vin. Any thoughts? 1FAFP42X6YF

OK so!

I looked at the door tag on the drivers side and it says the build date was 12/99

The sticker on the RH side of the engine says Ford Windsor LVL Ont Canada 4-28-00 46L

Does it really take 4 months to get the engine in the car????????? Or was it replaced! UGH

Ok so i researched and found this!

i thought it would tell me the plant your engine came from. guess not.

yes it will take about 4 months to get the engine in the car. the only warranty repair you had was 00s37 (parking brake recall)
