are they the same fit for the gt and cobra? and will this one work?

yep, they are the same. Only diference is Cobra's have an oil cooler, i believe. Read vortechs instructions and if this is even an issue, im sure they have the hardware supplied to resolve it..
I would be worried about running high boost with flat tops though, just remember to keep the tune/timing safe and your good.
