I've been doing a lot of reading on Cams and right now it seems like VT Cams are the way to go. I do have a lot of questions and decided not to Hijack some one else's thread.

VT Stage 1 & 2 - Do they require replacement springs? Will the car idle without a Dyno Tune? What is the HP difference between the 2?

Dyno Tune - Do you require a chip to have this done?

Install - How many Shop Hours are we talking roughly?

2000 GT Mods:
Custom O/R H-pipe
Steeda U/D Pulleys
Steeda T/A
Steeda SS GT Catback
4:10's

if you call or email them they might be able to answer your questions more completely than the people on this site.

1.Stage 1 do not require springs, Stage 2 does. I believe the stage 1's will idle without a tune but the 2's will not. A tune is recomended with both

2.No you do not have to get a chip you can get reflash ( I recomend T&J Performance)

3.Just guessing I would say 6-8 hours

id say stage 1 with stock heads and stage 2 with P&P with LT headers. 2 might be overkill with out high flow
