VT stage 2 cams

Comp Beehive valve springs or Crower springs would work. I think there might be another brand.

I don't think they're C.A.R.B. legal but not sure how they affect a sniff test.

You'll definitely need a tune but w/ stage IIs I'd recommend ported heads, long tube headers and a good plenum/tb combo to make the most of them. I wish I would've had my heads ported.

Before i would get cams i would have full exhaust and a throttle body/plenum combo at the least. You won't get as much benefit if everything else is stock. Headwork is not a must with the stage IIs but obviously if they are flowing better you will make more power with the cams. You def need springs and a dyno tune. If you are closer to stock the stage Is are probably a better choice but i would still do the exhaust and tb/plenum first. Obviously get lts.

You can get the cams without the other boltons but it is a waste of time and money in my opinion because you will have to get the car tuned again on the dyno.
