When your running higher amounts of boost, it bypasses more air than the original bypass valve.

Isn't that a Blow off valve, and not a BPV? It looks like it's an open atmoshpere valve...if it is, it'll make your car run like poo....

1. The race bypass/vortech mondo are both bypass valves, not blow off.
2. I read in the power adder forum a long time ago, there is a way to make a blow off valve work fine, with no problems, on a supercharged car (if the turbo blow off valve sound was a big deal; it is so some people, i could give a ****).

Procharger makes big red in a BPV and blowoff valve and you have to specify which one you want when you order. that one is set as a blowoff since it doesn't return air back to the powerpipe.

any blow thru meter setup car can run a blowoff with no issues.. it has to be placed before the meter and most will go right before the intercooler somewhere..

Exactly...... as you can see, mine is a blow through setup, that's why it is mounted right after blower. The boost gauge read about 11.5-12 lbs. with ten pound pulley, and now it boosts up to 14lbs. I don't know how accurate that is but I like it.

It makes the music on your Youtube video 15x louder than your supercharger footage
