Somebody really needs to get their car back and take out their frustations :p

If you would have been hanging around tonight you could have driven the 'scort. Jon and Paul did. Then again, maybe it's best if you dont know what to expect out of it :p

I would expect something like this. :p

If I wanted to be in a gay circus, I would hang out with you ass clowns. I am sure your car is fast but we will have to see once we get his car done. The battle of the baby tubos! :nice: I would like to drive it just to see if Jr. has a chance.

Like I said, if you were there tonight working on your car you would have :nice:
Baby turbo is an understatement, the drag bikes at PIR have 2x the turbo I do. But it makes for a sweet combo :D

Can we start using happy faces, I dont want to have to make a phone call :rlaugh:

Where's Wally? This is his thread and were crappin all over it for him. Oh well, I hear he's into that kinda thing

But damn dave, a Vette?
:rlaugh:

As of now it will either be a Vette, STI, Elise, or GT500. All of them have their ups & downs...

GT500 is least likely, because it's going to be such a porker. If Ford would drop the weight a little, instead of increasing it a couple hundred pounds every generation...

Elise is also unlikely, because it is way impractical as any kind of daily driver. But it sure would be cool to have a 1900 pound go-kart :nice: :).

STI is a good candidate, because it's cheaper and performs very very well. But even a wingectomy can't change it into anything other than a four-dour Impreza, albeit a quick one.

So that leaves the Vette. Russ Auto has one right now that is just about exactly what I would get. Base model Vette with the only real option being the Z51 handling package. Problem is, even so it's still $45.5K.

So I think that I will wait until Spring at the earliest -- no sense getting another performance car just before winter (with the exception of the STI perhaps). I'll just fix up the '95 and drive it for a bit. I want to get rid of the Cobra before I pull an Allen and end up owning it for life... :jester:

Am I the only one that see's the smoke in her sig. I thought this was tire smoke until I was told the real story :D But almost anyone will stop for a blond on the side of the road  The fire seems a little overkill :p

OHH I SEE ALL NICE TO ME AT THS SHOP AND A A$$ TO ME ON HERE. :D exactly on the fire thing thats why it didnt need to have its own post..

An example of overkill would be .. lets see... YOUR CAR! :p

In my book, the Elise gets much respect for a "what it is built for" car. The Vette...Uncomfortable and a terd...but just my opinion. If I had my choice for a daily driver and part time track car, it woul dbe exactly what you already have :p

Dave,
You should get a Vette it suits your personality better. A slow arrogant turd that just hangs there and never goes away. Good luck selling the car.

Once again Allan, you are talking out your A$$. Funny you should talk ***** when your car isn't even on the road. :rlaugh:  :D

At least I did not spend most of the summer car-less. :D :rlaugh:  :owned:

Patrick,
I have four vehicles so I am not car-less. If you want to talk about funny you should look in the mirror. :rlaugh: If I hurt your feelings then go back to the Vette forum! At least I did not spend all summer woman-less or in your case man-less. I could of had the car back together a lot sooner but I decided to upgrade things which in turn takes time so I don't see how that is being owned. I guess coming from a vette guy that all you got to talk smack about.

Duhh. At least you have a Chevy truck. :D I would break all my mirrors if I looked like you! :D

My feelings are not hurt. :nice:

Why would I want to introduce any woman I date to you? It might scare her away me knowing people like you. :D

Just because you are into the man to man thing does not mean anyone else is. :rlaugh:

I could go alot further, but I wanted to keep it personal not a Ford - Chevy thing.
Unlike you who gereralize the smack throw down about Vettes.

You would have to because you would be like; damn I am good looking and constantly looking at yourself in them. Makes it kind of hard to drive like that but who needs mirrors when you’re always in last. :D

I think you do a good job of that already. Ladies Man!
