My car feels like there's ALOT left in it but I think between my lower intake (already in talks with tmoss to port my lower), heads and cam, there might be a mismatch issue going on. I have Trickflow pistons and BBK Longtubes but not sure if itll be worth the hassle of putting them on. Here are the specs of my car:

1989 GT Convertible 5.0 motor
Bored to a 306 with TRW pistons (told by previous owner)
FMS - Xcam (told by previous owner)
Trickflow Twisted Wedge Heads Trick Flow® Twisted Wedge® Track Heat® 185 Cylinder Heads for Small Block Ford: TFS-5141004-C01 - trickflow.com
Trickflow 1.6 roller rockers
Stock lower intake
Kenne Bell S/C 1.5L ~ 6psi of boost
75mm Accufab Throttle Body
MAC Fenderwell CAI
42# Injectors w/ Abaco MAF Calibrated for 42#
TMS Hp series T5 Ford Transmission TeXas Motorsports >> Inventory
Cobra Clutch w/ Adjustable firewall
FMS Alumminum Drive Shaft
Full Length Subframe connectors
3:73 Rear End Gears
UPR upper control arms
Mac Shorties/Pypes o/r X-pipe/Pypes Catback
Crane Ignition box
Autometer Gauges: Boost/AFR wideband/Oil Pressure
17x9 wheels up front/17x10 in the rear

What did it make on the dyno?
Are you sure the meter has been programmed correctly?

Also, 6psi isn't really that much boost.
How about using a smaller blower pulley?

The stock lower intake is definitely holding you back and you only have a modest amount of boost. The easy solutions would be to swap in a TFS Track Heat intake (to match with heads) and swap in a smaller S/C pulley to raise boost to 8-10psi.

the intake has to be the same design as the stock lower intake due to the way the twin screw bolts onto the lower.

no i have not gotten it dyno'd yet, but will soon. So far i will be putting on the LT's and getting my lower ported, but what about Cam? what should be a good cam?
