Want To Add Tweeters And Subs...HELP!

Hey all,

I was wondering what some tweeters and a few subs (either 10's or 12's) along with an amp would cost? I have the MACH MP3 player in my 2004 right now...apprently it has nothing to do with the MACH460 or 1000 model, but thought I would let you all know what I had. I plan on using the stock speakers and head-unit for now, as it is a brand new car (200.4 miles) and I don't want to waste so much money on it right now. But I do need subs for thumps and some tweeters to sound good.


In my previous car...I had 2 SONY 10" XPLODES, I know most of you don't like them...but they weren't too bad at all. So if these please me, anything you all suggest should please me way beyond Now, for tweeters, I have no clue, never had them in either of my previous 1 car, but my mom's car has them, and it sounds better (have no idea what they do, but I want them) than without them!


So I am looking at spending roughly 500-600$, nothing too expenive, but enough to get me some bumps and sounding good...what do you all suggest?

lol someone likes kicker huh. that amp has a very weak sub system though.

Brand dosen't matter too me. I just knew the prices off the top of my head and they were under $600. I pushed 1 w6 12 with that amp and did 135db with a sealed box from wally world. I split the back of the box also with it.
