Hello Everyone!

I have a '94 Mustang GT (8-cylinder) and would like to get a cold-air induction kit. I have looked at BBK, MAC, eBay, etc., etc., but I am testing out some theories and have a few requirements that can't be met by commercially available kits.

So, I am wondering if someone here on StangNet wants to make me one? I am looking for a CAI that can use the K&N stock replacement filter. Also, I need the section between the filter and the MAF Sensor to be a little longer than what BBK and MAC can offer but don't want to have to lengthen the MAF sensor wires, if at all possible. Specifically, I would prefer if the sections before and after the MAF sensor were of the same length.

My only other requirements are that the entire CAI be made of aluminum and mandrel bent to allow for a perfect fit with the stock K&N air filter into the fenderwell. Also, that some sort of a bracket be fabricated to keep the CAI from bouncing around. I would like for it to be tested for fit and function on a '94 or '95 GT prior to shipping it to me. The final kit would have to include both sections of pipe, as well as the bracket, rubber connectors and all clamps.

I would do this myself if not for more than a few limitations; I live in an apartment with no garage, I don't own any power tools, I am physically inept, I don't have the ability to get anything mandrel bent, I have little if any mechanical abilities, and I work 60+ hours per week under flourescent lighting and may have some mental dysfunctions. :D If you are interested, and capable of doing this, please PM me with the amount you would want. Thanks! :nice:

well you don't want to do it yourself, but if you did, scratch the alluminum idea.. Use mandrel bent exhaust tubing and cut to your specific radious. Put it all together and have it tig welded nice and tight then send it in to get ceramic coated. It will look just as good as polished alluminum. I've made a couple and if you click the mod link in my signature you will see the N/A one I made. It's as I described and the elbow is polished alluminum. You can't tell the difference side by side. Good luck..

you can get the bends HERE for either yourself or who ever does it.
