Is there anything special you have to do when removing the water pump pulley? We have removed the 4 bolts on the front, so Is it pressed on, do I need to do something special?
Do be careful - the water pump bearings are not the most robust, but Yellow95 is right. A lot of times corrosion will get between the pump flange and the pulley, bonding them. I'd use little tiny rubber mallet love taps.
