water pump pulley removal yes I searched

Is there anything special you have to do when removing the water pump pulley? We have removed the 4 bolts on the front, so Is it pressed on, do I need to do something special?

it should just pop off, give it some wacks with a rubebr mallet or something

Do be careful - the water pump bearings are not the most robust, but Yellow95 is right. A lot of times corrosion will get between the pump flange and the pulley, bonding them. I'd use little tiny rubber mallet love taps.

I didnt have a rubber mallet so I used a brass one. Soft taps on the back while turning it.

Clean the corrosion off and put a little antiseize on it so it wont stick the next time.
