Water Pump

I am currently trying to decide which water pump I want to put on my new block. I have it down to three mechanical pumps:

Edelbrock
Ford Racing
Summit

The prices for the three very form $80 to $180. Does the price reflect the quality? Do any of the pumps have a distinct advantage over the others?

I got the Edelbrock pump the reason I bought it was because they claim it flows each cylinder head equally and flows 40-50% better than stock. Not sure what the other ones claim but want to check it out.

With your heads and supercharger I'd get a good quality pump.

I'd have to agree with TrophyHead about going with a quality pump. The last thing you want is to crack or warp a head because of insufficient water flow . The edelbrock pump is the way to go in my opinion. I researched for quite a while to see if it was really worth the extra money, and in my opinion it is.
