water pumps... reverse rotation?

I'm on the home stretch buying the last few parts to complete my motor, 2 of the parts i am shopping for is a water pump and a march serpentine kit.

what is a good brand pump to get? i have an 87-93 5.0 is it a reverse rotation or standard? is there an advantage to running a reverse rotation or was that for a specific motor?

with the march serpentine kits... looks like the only one i can use is the DELUXE kit... anyone know if i can still use the polution pump with it?

I have no idea about the March pullies, but if you're using a serpentine belt you need a reverse rotation pump. Just get a parts store pump for $35. Thats what I have. Standard rotation is for v-belts.

what is stock on an 87-93? im pretty sure that march offers either version with their kits.

If you want a quality water pump get the Edelbrock it lasts and it flows good! Mine is almost 7 years old now!
