Water spots on windshield

I made the mistake of washing my car when it was very hot and now I have water spots on the windshield that won't come off with washing or windexing .... any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Try some distilled vinager. If that doesn't work, you can actually use some polish on it with a buffer to clean it up.

+1 on the vinegar. I have found some window cleaner before made by Rain X, its kind of a compound that deep cleans the window. Its like a polishing compound. I think O'Reilly's has some glass polish.

Thanks! I'll try the vinegar first and if that doesn't work, I'll try some of the other stuff.
