Weather stripping

Hi,
I am wondering how to get black hard weatherstripping off of a vinyl top on my 65 mustang.
It si also on the paint as well. Didn’t notice it when I bought it. GHAAA! Thank you. I hope someone can answer this for me.

I had black window sealer on a white convertible top ,i used that orange hand cleaner and then Meguiers vinyl cleaner and it removed every thing .
