I would guess it to be around 400 pounds .With one totally stripped ,i can lift the front over my head .The back is heavier but i can lift it as well .Me and my brother have picked up a fast back body and set it on a car trailer .
Are you going to be bench pressing a Mustang ?

Wow, you're right, I just went over and lifted the front end up in the air! I was thinking 800-1500 pounds, but was I surprised. Now I know I can use the small trailer (1500 pound load limit) to move it around with.
Thanks!

What was the weight of a completed car ,something like 2,800 pounds ? by the time you remove the motor ,trans ,rear end ,wheels tires, seats and all the interior and removable sheet metal you have taken away most of the weight so i figure about 400 or maybe just a bit more . I was surprised how light the bare body actually was .Make a bet with someone you could lift that body and watch the look on their face when you do it .
