Weight Reduction on a Fox

I was just wondering how many people have their fox body rockets under 3000lbs, and what is the best weight reduction techniques to use? I have the little extra weight from the Winsor, but I am going with afr 205's, After Market K-member, A arms, coil over. What do you think my weight will be after I complete everything, including the rear control arm(aluminum)? Oh, I also have the fiberglass R hood.

My '90 coupe is under 3000 lbs. and after weighing everytime I go to the track, light-weight wheels and no-AC really dropped the fat from mine. I also have a 6 pt. cage that added some back in but well worth it.
