Weird idle Problem

Weird idle problem just started friday night when pulling up to a light and just leaving in 1st gear with clutch pressed in idle wont come down below 1300rpms,But if i pull the stick into neutral and let off clutch pedal it will Idle normally at 900rpms.first time ive seen this problem driving me nuts.

Did you check your tps voltage? It is wierd that the idle comes down in neutral though.

TPS is one thing i havent checked maybe it some how got out of adjustment?I already cleaned TB MAF and IAC still the same idle.

Yea, I would check your tps voltage. A friend of mine (redhot91gt's) car does this also (it is a 5 speed). In addition, mine would hang at 1,200 rpm i neutral and then come down to normal idle rpm.

I had the idle bug for a while. It was bad every other redlight or slow down it was idling up and down. So, I replaced and set the tps to .97 to .99. I cleaned the IAC. I replaced the egr sensor. I cleaned he EGR valve with wd40 or some other cleaner. (worked the egr back and forth with screwdriver). It fixed it by about 90 to 95%.
