Weird idle situation when hot

I have a 93 mustang with a vortech charger. The car runs great and has a idle good. But recently it just developed a problem and I am not sure what to look at. If I sit in traffic idling for a long period to time on a hot day the engine will climb to 200-205 degrees. Then the idle slows down to 650-700 rpm from it's normal 1050 rpm. I checked the MAF, IAC,. They look good, but I cleaned them anyway. That did not change the problem. It like the MAF is getting hot and causing the engine to go lean, but once traffic moves, say about a half block and I get some air through the engine it is back to it's normal idle. Does any body have a suggestion on what to check next.
