Alright well i got the car back on the road... replaced the 02 sensor... clutch is broken in already... my car halls some balls now... Big difference in the 1-2 shift. Well on start up sometimes ill put my car in to gear and about the first 2 times ill do it in the morning after the car sits for like 12 hours + it will feel like it bogs down... it will only do it like the first or second time i put it in first gear in nthe morning... also there is a small vibration at about 1000-1100 RPMS... i dont think that this was there b4 i changed the clutch, plugs, wires, cap, rotor. You think an improperly gaped plug may cause that problem... Im retty sure i gapped them all to .052-.056 but it is possible i missed one. because i was doing it in a shop and they were closing up and i didnt wanna hold them up because they let me use the lift and tools for free... So i was a little rushed... any other ideas... The Clutch is working great! thanks for all the help again guys... Made me feel really good about my self:SNSign:

If it was a plug issue, I'd expect for it to rear it's head at all times (and at WOT and high RPM, you'd likely feel a cylinder dropping).

I'd look more for an engine managment burp with the cold idle strategy. Any codes? There could be a soft code stored.

Good luck Adam.

the vibration at 1k does occur no matter what hot or cold... i gotta check for codes on firday when i go home from school... it just bogs when i put it in to first gear in the morning the first 1 or 2 times....

Mine boggs like that in the moring when the weather gets cold (i.e., it does it nowadays). I figure its probably the computer throwing lots of fuel at it for the first few moments of driving, until the O2's kick in. It only lasts for the first take-off and drives normally afterwards, so it doesn't bother me too much. I have no codes, and didn't have any when it did it last fall either. Might try to datalog what's happening in the ECU when I get my tweecer RT and WB in the spring time, so I can tune it out.

As for the vibration, have you checked the harmonic ballancer? I wouldn't doubt its got to do with the new clutch though.

ho2s would make sense i did jut put in a new o2 sensor... i hope something isnt up with the clutch... its not bad just a little rumble... hardly noticable but like if i rev it when it comes back down to about 1100 rpms i can feel the car shake a tad... it will also do it if i hold it at 1100 rpms

I agree, fuel behaves differently when it's heated, back to the PMS thread, the cold idle table multiplies to represent the different behavior of hot fuel. Anyways, I'd time it spOUT removed, then use a screwdriver to adjust the throttle stop, and reset the computer (disconnect for 30+ minutes). Reconnect the spOUT connector, and let her idle for 5 minutes as it relearns the motors tolerances. should stabilize in 2 gas tanks.
