Weird rear-end hop

ok this only happens when the car warms up a lot, like after a bunch of city driving or something.

when i try to start off and am coming off the clutch and giving it gas my rear end sounds adn feels like it is about to drop off the back of the car. now i know it's not my driving because it only happens when the car warms up, and when it's cold it has no problems starting off. i've tried different techniques of slipping the clutch and some help a little bit but i still get a bad shake from my ass end.

any ideas?

is the car running ok, meaning not missing and such. when was the last time you changed your rear end fluid? did you put friction modifier in it?

the car runs perfect, and i have never changed the rear end fluid, but ive only had the car for 9 months

Could the the driveshaft U-Joints...
