I want to order the Weld draglites and I was wondering if anyone is running them. If not, does anyone know the exact backspacing for the 05's&06's. I spoke with summit and they said that the backspacing that they have in the draglites is 4 1/2; 5 1/2; & 6 1/2. I have read diffrent fourms on backspacing and everyone says diffrent measurments???? If the backspacing is 5.75 do I go with a backspacing closer to 5 1/2 or 6? Let me know if anyone has any info. Thanks Bill

If you do a search you will find your answer.. i had the same question and after searching found that you cannot run less than a 17" rim on the new 06's and the only Welds that will fit the best are the old XP's..

I remember reading something on this forum that because of the brake clearance we cannot run 15's unless that guy modified his brakes...

I bought some Weld wheels (not Draglites) specifically advertised as being for a 2005 Mustang and they er...didn't fit, locking on the rear calipers. Weld are currently trying to rectify the error, making up some spacers for the rears which may or may not be acceptable. The problem was the curve on the spokes rather than the inset and offset though. We shall see.
