As some of you may know, i fiberglassed my engine bay. Well after everyone teling me it wouldnt hold up, i decided to grind it all off and weld. When i weld a piece in to cover the frame rail, do you guys paint in there before? Welding the aprons is pretty straight forward. But whats the best way to prevent rust in the rails? Heres some pics of it fiberglassed...Without bondo. I used west system epoxy resin. It definitely wasnt going to crack or peel. But i really want a nice clean show car look. I need some advice on the correct way to do this. Thanks guys!
