Picked her up Saturday morning, drove around for awhile and had already had her on the lift to swap out the axle-backs within 4 hours, lol.

Looks great! I too am partial to that CS rear bumper, may do that one day.

One question though, no plenum cover? I thought it would have been automagic on a GT/CS.

I've been having a dilemma with that. I want to put the windows down and listen to the exhaust sing but at the same time I want to keep them up so there's just the pure new Ford smell and none of it escapes,

Kooldawg was close on the axle-backs. They're Hooker Aerochambers with 3.5" Pypes tips. I couldn't be happier with the sound. They're super deep and have a great rumble to them, very "healthy" sounding. Volume wise, they're no Loudmouths but enough to rattle some windows and be heard pretty far down the road. I love my Hookers.

Thanks. I had somebody say that about the lack of a hood scoop, too. Those are both part of the GT appearance package. It just so happens that most of the CS's have it added as an option but not mine.

After seeing your car, I really need to finally take my spoiler off and put that rear bumper on.

I hate my spoiler, I want the clean look. Your car also has no side badges, it looks nice without them... I'm all for clean looking stangs, I've never seen a car with stripes and louvers I liked except for the shelbys.

Good call IMO to leave the hood slick. Your car is sick! Excellent choice going for the Vista CS with dove. I'm still debating between GT and CS and White, Vista or Alloy (leaning toward White GT).

Your GT/CS

Brilliant! Fantastic! No tin can looking hoodscoop. Only the discerning can tell. Subtlety is everything.

Thanks again guys. I had to leave her at home for the week while I came back to school to take finals all this week and it's killing me. I think I've spent more time staring at my desktop wallpaper than any of my books. This is what it is currently

Yeah good call on the hood scoop, I figured the plenum was just stock now, not a biggie though, only like $60-70 anyways.

Love it though, I wish I could keep my car clean like that right now but it's so damn dusty and dirty here right now and windier than all get out so I am pretty sure I'm going to destroy my California Duster using it as much as I am trying to keep it at least modestly clean. I was going to clay bar the car this week but not until the wind settles down.

I had my bluecar on my desktop wallpaper at work - just like on my signature. When I go home, I usually walk away and it logs itself out. Well, a very naughty lady named Victoria came along and changed it to this:

From now on, I'm logging off before I go home.

Check out the dog! His or her name is Yaki.

That is a very stunning pic you have there for your wallpaper! I took it and got rid of that nasty glare at the bottom corner of the windshield for you
