You know, i really don't want to start another "How much HP will i make?" thread, but im leaving for OCS on Saturday and all the money i make there will be going into mods for the Stang. I need some motivaiton to keep me going and of course the biggest is seeing my Family, GF, and Friends again, but also knowing that i'll finally be able to do alot to the GT as soon as i get back. The following are all of the power related mods ONLY, so don't tell me i'll need 3.73's to really wake up the blower and all...I got that covered :nice:
Here it goes...
1.) MPH Vortech Mongoose kit (Includes tune, new Fuel Pump, etc) . I believe its at 8psi
2.) Full exhaust consisting of BBK LT's, O/R X-Pipe, and Bassani Catback
3.) 90mm MAf and Steeda PowerPipe
4.) Accufab 75mm TB and Intake Plenum and obviously my K&N Filter

I was thinking that with everything pretty well opened up on the intake and exhaust end of things and with the powerpipe for maybe an extra pound of boost or 2, i'd see pretty good numbers. What do you guys think i have to look forward to when i get back?

Thanks in Advance guys and gals and suggestions are definitely welcome :nice:

No, it hasn't been dynoed for a baseline, i'm just trying to figure what i could hit with those mods done to the car. If its not high enought, i'll probably get the Vortech cooler/Intercooler and possibly a 50shot an dleave it at that while i save for a built block later on down the road.
is anythin close to 400 feasible with that setup?

You shouldnt.. if you actually see 8psi without the boost pipe then that should put you a 9-10 with it and you would get you numbers I think.:nice:
I hope so. I'm praying that with Tims tune and without going over 400rwhp, the block will last a while

Awsome! I say your #s are going to be in the 360s with the tune supplied by MPH...get it dyno tuned and you may see 390-400...but without an IC, I wouldnt reccomend it. WIth an IC I think you should be able to run it out to 410-420RWHP. Just make sure its SAFE.

And please dont spray it lol, you can get to the limit of the motor with just an IC :)

I've been researching the same kit myself, and everything i've read puts Tims tune around 360....definitely want to add a cooler and pulley for 400+ but probably want to save that for engine kevlar. As a retired Navy chief who instructed at Quantico i'll give you one good piece of advice....always listen to your NCOs, keep your head up and your ass down! good luck and god bless:flag:

Thanks Chief, I actually loved the Navy lol. Was in the Sea Cadet Program for 6 years (13-19) and saw and experienced alot of stuff. Ive been to plenty of trainings and quickly learned that the Navy isn't all about boats. Went to Naval Hospital Jacksonville, NAS Corpus, NAS Kingsville, CBC Gulfport, hung out with the Minesweepers down in Kingsvilles as well. Thank you for your service and advice :nice:

:flag: I can only assume that if you'd had better grades, you would have joined the Navy! Seriously though, you are welcome to drop me an email if you get stuck on something out there. just add yahoo to my screen name. And for goodness sake keep an eye out for Irish pennants!

You'll prolly be in the 390 WHP range. Just have the AF checked after Tim's tune :nice:
