Some of you may know my car. I finished it about 2.5 years ago. Its got a GT40 set up. Made 280/308 wheel and has gone a best of 12.83@107. I had alot of clutch/trans problems this year and only got 3 out of 20 clean runs. The car just does not want to go into second. So time for some upgrades. I was just going to get a new trans and clutch to solve the shifting issue with an Astro A5 trans and new clutch. I threw the idea of getting an s-trim but I just got a sick deal (a steal this week on AFR165's with rockers, GT40 tubular (the lower is gonna get ported to match the heads), Trick Flow valve covers, Comp XE276HR Cam, rebuild kit for the stock bottom end. I managed to find everything listed for 1200 bucks. Its nothing really radical but its definatly gonna be way nastier than what I got and I'll be deep into the twelves. I'll post some pics once I get the block all cleaned up and back together.
