I'm gonna try to attach the image but I dont know how. I have the dyno graph in my e-mail but tryin to get it on here is beyond me..

Well never mind I dont know how to attach an image. But yeah the A/F ratio was at 13.8

Oh yeah forgot about those!!!

Stock short block 302, E-303, Mild ported GT40Y heads, 1.6RR, RPM Air-Gap, 750 Speed Demon, 15/8to13/4 Bassani lt's, Bassani X-pipe, Full MSD ignition, under drive pullies.

Car runs real good I went a 12.12 two weeks ago But since then I've dropped 50lbs off the front and ditched the power steering in favor of a Flaming River rack..

Yeah I currently have 77 jets in the front and 81 in the back So I'm gonna slide some 83's in the back in order to drop that A/F ratio down a bit..

sounds very strong, why Ford ever dropped the 302 is beyond me, the "deuce" was a great engine for the masses. Its potential, easy to mod capability and longevity are still evident today some 10 years since they were last used in a Mustang

Nice numbers, in a light Fox, you'll surprise late model blown GTs

Good job, those are some nice #s for the mods. How do you like the Speed Demon for tuning etc. compared to the Holleys?

the demon carbs are more difficult to tune. the primary and secondary throttle plates must be set nearly identical. my dad used a dial indicator to set mine.once everything was dialed in, it was a matter of slightly adjusting jetting.
our fuel curve varied from 12.8 at idle to 13.8 at 6200 rpm. the curve was also very flat, which i believe is a good thing.

what compression u running? i wonder what mine would put down...i only have a 650 double pumper carb tho....it prolly flows like 700 tho because the choke horn and all that is milled off.....i want mine to put down at least 350 at the wheels minimum.....

Looking at your sig I'd say around 360 to the wheels with a nice strong torque curve. I used to run the XE274 cam with 10.8:1 compression and it made 374. The XE cams build cylinder pressure like crazy so that'll help your 9.25:1 compression.

I've heard that before but once you get them figured out they're tough to beat. I've considered trying the race demon but ended it sticking with the good ole holley.

Not sure about the climate in your area but I know here I'd leave it alone. With the weather getting warmer it'll be right where it needs to be.
