Were do you guys keep your gate/garage door transmitter (keyfob)

As the title says, I currently keep it in the cup holder area but that’s annoying when I have my cell phone or a drink in there by the way one cup holder is used by the ashtray that was supplied in the smokers package (I don’t smoke by the way) im thinking of mounting it on to the sun visor using Velcro on the passenger side any better idea, I don’t want to stick anything on the interior,,,

I've got an old gararge door transmitter... about the size of a pack of cigs. It has a built-in clip... I just stick it on the window visor.

you should be able to remove the ashtay from the cup holder. if its like the 04s, its just a small insert and is easily removed by lifting it out. that shoud free up your other cup holder. and do you know you can make the rear cupholder deeper? theres a small tab you can grab and pull up the spacer, giving you the ability to carry a bigger drink. many people didnt know about this a while back.

I've seen kits advertised that hook the transmitter up to the high beams, and when you flash your high beams twice, the door opens.
