New to WPB and I’m thinking of having my very original 1966 GT’s engine and drivetrain restored. Can I get some leads on reputable mechanics, machine shops in the area. Definitely need my ragtop replaced ASAP.
I no longer live in FL, so I can't help you with recommendations...but I have always had very good luck with NAPA store machine shops for basic engine machining(though I wouldn't use them for porting or other custom type machine work) which is all you should need for basic rebuild.
